ECCode™ is short for Easy Chinese Code™, which is aimed at helping Chinese language learners around the world look up a new Chinese character whose Pinyin letters are not known by them in the e-dictionary by the English letters on the keyboard. In short, ECCode™ is a keywriting way to learn Chinese characters.

At the same time, along with the process of keylearning Chinese character, learners will naturally master the ability to type in Chinese with high efficiency, so as to avoid the phenomenon of a large number of coincident code when using Pinyin input method to carry out paperless office work. Here, the so-called HIGH EFFICIENCY refers to not only the higher speed of typing in Chinese, but also the lower wrong rate of typing in Chinese.

Of course, the goal of this software is to help Chinese language learners from cross the world learn Chinese dynamically and independently anywhere & anytime. Here, the so-called independently refers to the self-learning of new Chinese characters without relying on the teaching of Chinese language teachers. Certainly, the so-called dynamically means anywhere and anytime.

It is easy to self-learn the principle of the method as well as the usage of the software if you know some basic knowledge about Chinese characters. If you have zero basis of Chinese characters, you can also master it through self-learning. All of the contents about these knowledge points shown as follows are contained in the various versions of the teaching materials that you can download one of them according to your knowledge level at the site http://www.fingerchinese.com/products.html (Starter Tutorials) . The following are the basic knowledge points:

● Hanyu Pinyin: to tell you how to read a new Chinese character with the help of an online dictionary;

● Stroke: a smallest geometric unit composing a Chinese character, namely various shapes of dots or lines;

● Stroke order: A rough understanding of the writing order of each part of Chinese characters is enough; In fact, In fact, there is also a phenomenon of stroke writing order in English capital letters, e.g. the capital letter E;

● About several tens of most common used radicals: it is equivalent to the knowledge level of Chinese characters in the first half of the semester of the first-year students with zero basis of Chinese language in the Chinese translation majors, i.e., it is equivalent to the knowledge level of Chinese characters in the first half of the semester of the first year, 2 to 3 months after the beginning of school;

● Two kinds of the most basic strutures of Chinese characters.

The principle of ECCode™ is a set of Chinese character coding rules based on the above knowledge points.
